Silver Age Yoga Community Outreach is a 501(c)(3) non-profit whose mission is to provide health-enhancing, life-enriching yoga classes to underserved seniors.
Now in its 21st year, Silver Age Yoga Community Outreach (SAYCO) offers several in-person classes to seniors throughout San Diego County every week, primarily at libraries and senior centers.
Silver Age Yoga is designed to reach the entire bell curve of the senior population so that all seniors at from beginner to advanced can safely participate at their own level of comfort.
